Your journeys belong to you. OliveGo keeps its data needs as small as the app itself.

On this website
This is a static website. It does not use visitor analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, cookies, forms, or account sign-in. Its fonts, images and code are served from this site, without third-party resources. The hosting provider and network infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the pages.
On your Watch
OliveGo uses location on your Watch to list nearby services during setup and to guess which direction you’re travelling. Location stays on the Watch; it is not sent to the OliveGo arrival server. OliveGo does not keep a history of where you’ve been.
The places you name and the rides you save are stored on your Watch. You can save up to eight journeys and manage them there. Deleting the app removes those saved journeys.
Arrival requests
To show arrival times, the Watch asks OliveGo’s intermediary service for the next vehicles on your selected ride or rides. The request contains public MTA route and stop identifiers for the active direction. It does not contain Watch location, your place names, an account, or a device or advertising identifier.
The service retrieves transit data from the MTA and keeps short-lived caches of that data. The application service does not log individual arrival requests or keep a record of the stops a particular user asked about. As with any internet service, network providers handle the IP address needed to deliver a response; OliveGo does not record it in its application logs.
What OliveGo leaves out
